End of the Day, a Ceramics Shop Portrait Painting

This piece, a ceramics shop portrait painting, depicts an entrepreneur and ceramic artist standing at the doorway of her pottery shop contemplating how the day has gone. It’s closing time and she is looking forward to heading home, having her dinner and enjoying some quiet time. The motivation for this work is to honor women entrepreneurs in business, bring additional visibility to their efforts, and encourage more women to explore business opportunities.

Each print is a Giclée produced on archival fine art paper with archival inks for rich color and lasting quality. A white gallery margin carries the title and date, and the artist’s signature appears in the lower-right corner of the image. The texture visible in the print example comes from the fine art paper itself.

Framing Guide:

This print is sized for standard, off-the-shelf frames, so no custom matting is needed. Choose a frame that includes a mat cut for your print size, then place the print behind the mat window. The image, title, and date will sit neatly within the opening.
